By creating an account or using Kitsuno ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. The Service is operated by SF4L S.R.L. ("we", "us", "Kitsuno"), registered in Romania (CUI 49409572). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Kitsuno is an AI-powered career agent platform that helps you find and apply for jobs. The Service includes:
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One person per account — accounts cannot be shared. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
You retain full ownership of all data you provide to Kitsuno, including your career library, uploaded documents, work examples, and testimonials. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content.
By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of operating your job search — scoring jobs, generating documents, and delivering notifications. This license ends when you delete your account.
You can export your complete career library, configuration, and application history at any time in machine-readable formats (JSON, PDF). See our Privacy Policy for details.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before use. Kitsuno generates CVs, cover letters, and emails based on your career data. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors. Always review and edit before sending.
AI-generated documents are built from your real career evidence and are created for your personal use in job applications. You may use, modify, and distribute them as you see fit.

The free tier provides limited access to core features with no time restriction. We reserve the right to adjust free tier limits with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions (Scout, Pro, Enterprise) are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are in EUR and include applicable taxes. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 14-day cooling-off period for new subscriptions in accordance with EU consumer protection law. Contact hello@kitsuno.ai for refund requests.
If you enable a public portfolio page, the information you choose to display will be publicly accessible at your portfolio URL. You control what is shown. Recruiter analytics (who viewed your page) are available to you but visitor details are limited and anonymized.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, adjust tier limits, or discontinue parts of the Service with reasonable notice. Material changes to paid tier features will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything that cannot be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where possible. Upon termination, your data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania. EU consumers retain the right to bring claims in their country of residence.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
